后处理对TiO_2纳米薄膜的表面结构和光催化活性的影响

半导体TiO2光催化材料对环境中各种污染物的明显去除效果已引起人们的广泛关注犤1～6犦。在普通钠钙玻璃表面涂制高光催化活性的TiO2纳米薄膜,制成环保建筑材料,不仅可以自洁玻璃表面,而且可以用于净化空气、处理废水等。但由于在热处理过程中玻璃基体内的Na+离子扩散到薄膜表面,形成光生电子和空穴的复合中心,使TiO2纳米薄膜的光催化活性大大降低犤7～10犦。为了减少玻璃中Na+离子对TiO2薄膜光催化活性的有害影响,Paz等犤8犦研究了将钠钙玻璃浸入酸溶液中,使玻璃表面的钠离子被酸中的氢离子置换出来;在玻璃表面形成SiO2凝胶层,以便阻…     

新工科项目“地方(行业)高校化学类专业应对产业变化的升级改造研究与实践”的实施

This "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "Upgrade and Practice of Chemistry-related Majors of Local and/or Specialized University Responding to the Industry Changes" was supported by the Ministry of Education. To aim at the issue of how to upgrade the chemistry-related majors of a local and/or specialized university responding to industry changes, an investigation on local regional economy and industry changes was carried out, the capability requirements of 3E for talents were analyzed, and the training objectives, graduation requirements as well as the new teaching models were also studied for the major to meet the future requirements. The practical experience for 3E construction of chemistry-related majors by selected universities was suggested.     

三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺硝酸镍(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及结构

三（２－苯并咪唑亚甲基）胺简称ＮＴＢ与Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的硝酸盐形成配合物Ｃ２８Ｈ３５Ｎ９Ｏ９Ｓ２Ｎｉ。本文报道其合成，红外光谱及晶体结构。该化合物为三斜晶系，空间Ｐ１↑－，ａ＝９．６５０（３），ｂ＝１２．７１６（２），ｃ＝１４．４３６Ａ，α＝１１．４６（２），β＝９１．６６（３），γ＝９７．５５（２）°，Ｖ＝１７１８（２）Ａ＾３，Ｚ＝２，Ｆ（０００）＝７９３，Ｄｃ＝１．４８ｇ／ｃｍ＾３，Ｍｒ＝７６４．１     

［Mo_3（μ_3－O）（μ－Cl）_3（μ－O_2CR）_3Cl_3］~－系列三核钼的电化学及热化学性质的研究

用循环伏安法研究了［Ｍｏ_３ＯＣｌ_６（Ｏ_２ＣＲ）_３］－（其中Ｒ＝ＣＨ_３，Ｈ，ＣＨ_２Ｃｌ）系列三核钼簇合物在ＣＨ_３ＣＮ和ＤＭＦ溶剂中的电化学行为，并用差热－热重手段研究了它们的热稳定性和热分解过程的可能机理。结果表明在不同溶剂中它们有相似的二对氧化还原峰，而且在同一溶剂中随着Ｒ基团吸电子能力的增强，相应的第一氧化还原电位值向正向移动。当Ｒ＝ＣＨ_３，Ｈ时，它们的起始分解温度分别为２６５℃和２１０℃，即同样随着Ｒ基团吸电子能力的增强，起始分解温度降低。     

Mechanism and kinetics of the 2,2′-bipyridyl catalysis of the chromium(VI) oxidation of malic acid

A spectrophotometric study of the kinetics and mechanism of the oxidation of malic acid (Mal) by chromium(VI) catalyzed by 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy) in aqueous acidic medium was conducted in a temperature range of ～298 to 313 K. This reaction was found to be pseudo-first order with respect to Cr(VI) and first order with respect to malic acid. Under the conditions of the pseudo-first order ([Mal]_o ? [Cr(VI)]_o), the observed rate constant (k _obs) increased with the increase in [H⁺] and [bpy]. There was a weak negative salt effect. Based on the experimental results, a possible reaction mechanism for this oxidation catalyzed by bpy is proposed. The rate equation derived from this mechanism can explain all the experimental phenomena.     

六味地黄丸的精细指纹图谱分析及模式识别分类研究

采用高效液相色谱建立了六味地黄丸的指纹图谱,对两个厂家的16批产品进行了测定,并结合中药相似度软件和主成分分析法对全指纹图谱和其精细指纹图谱进行了模式识别研究。结果表明,中药相似度软件能够对不同厂家的产品进行区分但也可能造成误判;在主成分分析法的投影图中,两个厂家的产品明显聚为两类,而且不同批次产品的差异也能够显示出来。     

Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.     

C NMR spectra of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines: Substituent effects and conformations in the ferrocenes

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σ_m and σ_p. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.     

ortho-Mercuration of ferrocenylimines

The mercuration of a series of aryliminomethylferrocenes occurred predominantly in an ortho-position of the substituted ferrocenyl ring to yield 2-mercurated ferrocenylimines. The regiospecificity of this reaction suggests that the mercury is directed into the ortho-position by coordination of the mercury to imino nitrogen with subsequent electrophilic substitution. The chromatographic and spectral properties of the 2-mercurated products show the presence of an intramolecular N → Hg coordination via the five-membered ring in these molecules, which was further confirmed by the single-crystal structure analysis of 2-chloromercuro-1-[(4-methoxyphenylimino)methyl]ferrocene.     

大豆中二硝基苯胺类除草剂多残留的气相色谱法定量检测及质谱确证

建立以凝胶渗透色谱法（GPC）和固相萃取法（SPE）及气相色谱法（GC）联用技术测定大豆中10种二硝基苯胺类除草剂（氟乐灵、乙氟灵、环丙氟、氯乙氟灵、仲丁灵、异乐灵、二甲戊乐灵、二硝胺、氨基丙氟灵和磺乐灵）多残留检测方法。目标农药经正己烷饱和的乙腈提取，凝胶渗透色谱除去大豆中大部分油脂及色素，再经Florisil柱净化和富集，依次用6mL二氯甲烷和6mL二氯甲烷＋丙酮（99＋1）洗脱。目标农药采用电子捕获检测（GC／ECD），外标法定量，并经质谱（MS）确证。两个添加水平重复6次，回收率分别为74％～105％和59％～105％；相对标准偏差〈20％；检出限为1．8～7．6μg／kg；定量限为6～38μg/kg。
